Las Brisas is a great neighborhood for those looking for a larger home on a wide lot in close proximity to the schools without some of the traffic headaches associated with being on the other side of Country Trails. Homes were built by Taylor Woodrow and Drees between 2003 and 2008. They range from 3000 to 4800 SF with a lot of 5 bedroom homes and 2.5+ car garages. Lots are larger too – ranging from .25 to .4 Acres with exterior lots on Capella and Las Flores backing to greenbelt and preserve, some with views of the University of Texas Golf Course. The main distinction between Las Brisas and it’s neighbor Rio Mesa is wider lots and larger, grander floorplans.
