Details of Rebate Offer:
- *.5% of the purchase price will be given to buyer on homes where the commission to the selling broker is 3%. A .25% rebate will be given on any commission less than 3%.
- Rebate offer is for new clients who sign a representation agreement with Elicia Gower Michaud, eXp Realty, between 6/1/19 and 8/1/19. The rebate will be listed in this agreement for the buyer’s protection.
- Rebate will be credited through the purchase agreement as a reduction in commission to selling broker, eXp Realty – Elicia Gower Michaud and can be either a reduction in price or as a credit toward costs.
