I went on craigslist and found some deck builders and got some quotes. After searching and searching for the right price and design, I found Mike Forbes of Austin Dream Decks. He did a great job. It was a one man crew and he spent a lot of time and care to make sure everything was the way that we liked it. There was some bad wood delivered by the lumber yard where he ordered the wood and he did not use it and because of that it took a little extra time, but the end product was worth it. His website has two pictures of our deck. One in Gallery 2 Image 8 and one in Gallery 3 Image 9. I highly recommend Mike if you need a deck built.
