Lakewood Hills is a gated community located near the back of Steiner Ranch, just a short distance to the Quinlan Park Boat Ramp. with homes being built between 2008 and 2011. Homes and lots are large – lots ranging from 1/4 acre to a full acre, with the majority around 1/3-1/2 Acre. Many have expansive panoramic views of the hill country and Lake Austin. Most were built by David Weekley and Partners in Builders, but there are also a few true custom homes. Backs to the Preserve and is surrounded by the scenic Lakewood Hills Trail Hike/Bike Trail. Because this is a gated community, it does have increased homeowners dues.
