I am SO happy to see this petition. I have actually heard from two independent sources that a Whole Foods is definitely going into Trails at 620. One was from a person who is negotiating lease space there and the other was from a builder who said they just filed for a permit. I tried to sign this petition but received an error. Is Freddie’s Steakburgers and Custard going into the Trails at 620? It says they are on their locations page on the Freddie’s website, but I just saw a sign go up for Chicken Express (YUCK) at Trails, and wondering if there is room left for a third fast food joint (Whataburger is already open there)

I had an appointment with Erin because she had been recommended. Actually had to wait several days because i requested her. Arrived at my appointed time. Receptionist went to the back for several minutes then returned to tell me that Erin was in the middle of a color and I would have to wait 20 minutes or so.
I got up to leave and she told there was someone else available. Sorry but I am a little particular about whom I pay $40 with tip to cut my male hair! Erin did not come out to apologize or offer any explanation. No one has called. Had I run my business like that I, my wife and I would not be able to pay these prices! Very unprofessional.

Hello….I am a mother of two, a former resident of Steiner for 7 years. I am also a Preschool Teacher. I taught at THE CHILDREN’S COURTYARD AT RIVERPLACE. What a horrible place this is. I taught there for over a year. What i saw was sad and pathetic. The director is all to blame. She is just plain cruel. She will combine children of all ages and put them in a room together. You won’t even know that your 2 year old was with 5 year olds for half the day. At then end of the day your precious little preschooler will be lumped with the school age children. Hearing all kinds of conversations that they should not hear yet. There is never enough food. The portions are so small the poor kiddos are starving. The menu and what is served is never the same. Afternoon snack might not come till almost 3:30. When it finally does come. Your child will not get enough. As a mother (my kids are older-and not in daycare) I could not bare it any longer. I am at a wonderful palce now. My regret is that I didn’t leave sooner. Don’t make the mistake of sending your child here.

Actually Bologna, it has been the same people all along! Elicia Gower has maintained this site for a very long time. We are realtors but the main purpose of Steiner Ranch Info is still information. Since a large part of what happens in our residentially-driven community is the buying and selling of homes, we give it the appropriate amount of space it is due. Amenities, such as restaurants, shops and parks get their own space as well. It is our mission to become the one-stop-shop for the entire Steiner Ranch community.
