CLASS DESCRIPTION

The mind-body is a sacred garment for the indwelling spirit. In stress of daily living it can suffer a good deal of wear and tear. Yoga is designed to help you recover and restore the balance of health. Using the principles of flow, alignment, and breath; Manu weaves together an enriching experience of peace and wellness for you. Suitable for all levels.

INSTRUCTOR BIO

Manu has a Masters in Philosophy and a degree in Bhakti Sadacara (Yoga of Devotion to God) and has lived in temples across Southeast Asia. He is registered with the Yoga Alliance of America and has undergone more than 300 hours of yoga teachers training.

This man is the BEST yoga instructor ever…I actually fell asleep on my yoga mat once for about 20 min during meditation…i felt totally refreshed after every session and he let me be while “out”…I’ve never experienced anything like it!

This class is the best Yoga class .
i have been taking Yoga for years, in so many
places ,this one is intense,in a good way.
I take it 3 times a week , makes me feel great
mentally and physically at the same time,
brought my husband on Saturdays and
my daughter!
Manu pays attention to you , ands that’s important.
Highly recommend it!

Hi, Me and my neighbors took Manu’s class – it was AWESOME! the timing on Sunday 7pm was perfect for a working mother with young kids, and a out-of-town husband.

Plus, this was yoga taught the right way – and it perfects the technique & breathing techniques.

Please consider this if you are looking to take yoga and not wanting to drive.. plus it costs less than a pedicure treatment!!!

TOTALLY worth it!
