I ate there today and found a long, blonde hair in my soup. I literally had to pull it out of my mouth. The waitress didn’t seem too shocked, was pleasant enough, and took my soup away. No offer of anything besides taking the offensive soup off my tab. The waitress later came by and apologized again and offered that maybe it dropped from her own, very brown-haired head. I pointed out the impossiblity since it was blonde. I saw a friend later and shared my horror story with her and she said that the same thing happened to her last week with her Walnut Chicken. Apparently, the crust had a hair in it too. She said all that she was offered from the server was “it couldn’t be since all our chefs are bald”. I love their food but am seriously disgusted. And what’s up with that customer service? I own a local business and would have at least offered some type of peace offering in the form of a free dessert . . . . anything to placate the bad taste in people’s mouths!!
