I’m excited about the prospects of an oyster bar and a theater. An Alamo Drafthouse would be amazing.

Another nail salon? REALLY? The thought of the traffic issues just frightens me.

oh well… i want to see like a Chuy’s or Trudy’s or some Tex mex place in the restaurant space. We will see. Lots of construction at 620 and 2222 now.

Another traffic light will make things even more difficult than they are. However, just the amount of cars this place attracts alone will create difficulties with traffic.

Hope they get a theater — that would be nice, as will the additional restaurants. I hate the idea of another traffic light to slow things down at rush hour, though.
