Got an update on some possible business’ opening in High Pointe Village. First and most important is a movie theater which is coming to look at and approve the site. I really hope and wish it is something like an Alamo Drafthouse. I know people will go to a regular movie theater, but after having drinks and food at Alamo me and my wife have not been to a traditional movie theater in a while. Got this email from the developers. I think we need to wait for it to be completely done. Some people in the comments are having a discussion about it. Another 350,000 square feet of construction will be under way in the next 60 days at Endeavor Real Estate Group’s 1890 Ranch retail project in Cedar Park. First is related to the sign I see when I drive home at the first corner of Quinlan and Steiner Ranch Blvd kitty corner from Steiner Ranch Elementary. It is a sign for a new “mixed use” development with office, medical, professional, and retail space. It will be a combined 38,000 square feet and will have views of Lake Travis. Website is here.
