Another complaint is the Roach Coaches "lunch trucks" parked behind Wag a Bag leave the steert littlered with trash and the ground looks like it is a oil change autoshop...dirty and full of grease stains from leaking trucks and food grease. The HOA has a ton of $$ coming in and they have reduced expenses signifantly. The HOA did not overseed this year and the common areas have not been keept as nice as in previous years.
